The story behind KCC
Founded by Peter Oh
Peter Oh founded K-Pop City Connect after seeing how difficult it was for collectors to understand the market value of K-pop photocards. Collectors were comparing scattered marketplace listings, social posts, group orders, and private transactions by hand.
KCC was created to build a structured photocard database, collect marketplace evidence, review listing quality, and turn fragmented sales data into easier-to-read ranges. The project remains independent and collector-focused.

KCC uses marketplace listing evidence to estimate collector price ranges for selected photocards. Each public range is intended to provide a starting point for research rather than a promise about the next sale.

Review the evidence
We look for accepted sold listings while separating mismatches, duplicates, bundles, suspicious results, and prices that distort the range.
Build the range
The accepted evidence supports low, mid, and high values, while confidence communicates the strength of that evidence.
Keep improving
More relevant sales can strengthen a range. Corrections and new evidence help KCC revisit cards as the market changes.
Clear limits
Confidence, liquidity, and human review
A card supported by many accepted sold listings is easier to evaluate than one with only one or two examples. A rare card can have strong demand and limited visible sales. A common album card can have more activity with less scarcity.
KCC uses AI-assisted tools to help organize and validate noisy listing data, while keeping review and correction central. Raw automated output is not the goal. Useful, reviewable collector information is.
