Felix Photocard Price Guide: A Budget-by-Tier Shopping Map

Under $6: the cheapest Felix binder start
Felix collecting has three clear shopping lanes. Current KCC examples put affordable album cards around $2–$10, selected POBs around $7–$14, and Lucky Draws around $15–$43. You can build a strong binder cheaply, then spend more only on an exact benefit or event card you actually want.
The 5-STAR album card is the clearest low-budget example. KCC places it at $2.76–$5.94, with a $3.80 midpoint. Accepted Mercari Japan sales include $1.89 and $3.11.

Those sales give a direct answer to a common buying mistake: an ordinary Felix album card does not become a $15 card just because the seller calls it popular. A clean 5-STAR copy around $3–$5 fits the current evidence. A lower price can also be real, especially in Japan or when a seller is moving common album cards quickly.
Before using those comps, match the exact version. 5-STAR has multiple album inclusions, and a listing title can describe only the member and era. Use the front image and back design to confirm the KCC row.
Around $5–$10: HOP album cards
Felix's HOP album card has a $5.46–$10 range and an $8.38 midpoint. One accepted Mercari Japan copy sold for $3.46, below the retained range.

That low sale is a useful bargain comp, but it should not turn every offer into $3.46. Marketplace region, shipping, speed of sale, and the exact version affect what a buyer can reproduce. Use the card's range as the normal lane and the sale as proof that patient buyers can sometimes land below it.
For a basic Felix binder, this tier is still easy to shop. You should expect clear front-and-back photos, honest condition notes, and a delivered total that stays near the range.
Around $7–$14: enter the POB tier carefully
The HOP POB currently has an $8.12–$14 range and a $10.93 midpoint. An accepted HMV POB sold on eBay for $7.13.

The store name is essential. A seller describing a card only as a “Felix HOP POB” has not given you enough information to price it. Confirm HMV or the correct retailer, the front image, the reverse, and any event round. Different benefits from one comeback can have very different supply and demand.
A $10–$12 offer makes sense near the current midpoint for a clean matching copy. If the card has a visible dent or heavy surface scratching, move below the clean range. If it is sealed in an official benefit pack, verify that the packaging actually belongs to that version before paying extra.
Around $15–$38: HOP Lucky Draws have a wide ceiling
The HOP Lucky Draw rises to a $15.99–$38 range with a $17 midpoint. An accepted Tower Records Lucky Draw sold for $15.

The midpoint sitting near the low end tells you more than the $38 high by itself. Most buyers should begin negotiations around the high teens, then move upward only when recent exact sales, condition, or a more desirable version support it.
Do not let one top-end result turn the entire range into $38. A wide spread means the market accepted very different prices. It does not mean every seller gets to choose the highest one.
Around $28–$43: premium ATE Lucky Draws
Felix's grouped ATE Lucky Draw row has a $28–$42.72 range and a $33.24 midpoint. An accepted eBay Lucky Draw sold for exactly $33.24.

This KCC row is broader than its label. Its accepted evidence includes Soundwave, pop-up and generic ATE Lucky Draw titles, so use it as an ATE Lucky Draw budget lane and then match the exact sub-version. A Soundwave comp should not set the price of a JYP Shop card unless the images prove they are the same benefit.
For a confirmed card matching the KCC result, a low-$30s budget fits the current midpoint. At $40 or more, demand exact recent evidence and clean condition.
Condition can move a Felix card into another price lane
For album cards under $10, a small dent can remove much of the card's value because clean replacements are easier to find. For a scarce event card, collectors sometimes accept minor flaws, but the price should still reflect them.
Ask for photos under angled light. Check the corners, edges, surface, and back. Verify dimensions when a card feels suspicious, and compare the reverse with a known official copy. POB and Lucky Draw fronts are widely reposted online, so a correct front image alone is weak authentication.
Bundles need special handling too. If a sold listing contains two cards, an album, or another inclusion, do not assign the full sale price to one Felix card. Use single-card sales whenever possible.
The practical Felix budget map
Start with $2–$6 for 5-STAR album cards and roughly $5–$10 for the HOP album example. Move to about $7–$14 for a confirmed HOP POB. Expect roughly $15–$38 for the wide HOP Lucky Draw range and around $28–$43 for the premium ATE example.
The strong buy is the exact card at the right tier. Album cards give you the most binder progress per dollar. POBs make sense when you like the specific retailer image. Lucky Draws deserve a slower check of store, round, condition, and sold evidence before you pay the premium.
